Refund & cancellation policy

In short: all payments are final and we don’t offer refunds. Please try the free 24-hour demo before you buy.

Try before you pay

We offer a free 24-hour demo with Basic and Pro features so you can try the live screener first. Please use it to check that TradingBolt suits the way you trade and that it works well on your device, browser and internet connection. If you plan to buy the 200-level depth add-on, check that your own brokerage account can be linked before paying.

No refunds

Once a payment is made, it is not refundable, for any plan or add-on: Basic or Pro, monthly or yearly, the 200-level market depth add-on and the second-device add-on.

This is because TradingBolt is digital access that is delivered immediately: your personal access key and private screener link work as soon as they are issued, and the free demo lets you try the service beforehand. You are responsible for checking compatibility (device, browser, internet connection and, for the depth add-on, your own brokerage account) before buying.

• We don’t refund unused time, early cancellation, or periods when you chose not to use the service.
• We don’t refund trading losses. TradingBolt is a software tool, not advice (see the Disclaimer).
• Keys revoked for sharing or misuse (see the Terms) are not refunded.

Where the law says otherwise

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded by agreement. If such a law requires a refund in your situation, we will follow it.

Downtime credit

If the screener is unavailable for a trading day because of a fault on our side, we add 2 extra days of access to your key for each affected trading day.

• Trading day: a day when the NSE/BSE equity market is open.
• Unavailable: you can’t use the screener during that day’s market session (9:15 AM to 3:30 PM IST) because of a problem with our systems.
• Doesn’t count: planned maintenance, and problems with your own internet connection, device, browser or brokerage account.
• How to claim: email [email protected] with your name, the email you subscribed with and the date(s) affected. We’ll check and extend your key’s expiry date.

The credit is extra access time, not a cash refund.

Cancellation

Plans are prepaid for a fixed period (monthly or yearly) and do not auto-renew. Your key simply expires at the end of the period. To stop, just don’t renew. You can also ask us to end your access early by emailing [email protected] (no refund is due for the remaining time).
