These terms apply to the TradingBolt website (tradingbolt.in) and the TradingBolt screener (together, the “Service”), operated by TradingBolt Inc., 31 Gander Dr, Scarborough, Ontario, Canada (“TradingBolt”, “we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to these terms.
1. The Service
TradingBolt is screening software that displays market and announcement data and related analytics. It is not investment advice, not a research or recommendation service, and not a stock broker. Please read the Disclaimer & risk disclosure, which forms part of these terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under the laws that apply to you.
3. Plans, access keys and devices
- Access is through a personal access key with an expiry date, issued after payment is confirmed (or for a free 24-hour demo).
- Each key is for one person and is locked to one browser/device on first use. Sharing, reselling or publishing keys or screener links is not allowed. A second device needs a separate add-on key.
- Plan features are described in the pricing section. Optional add-ons (such as 200-level market depth, which requires you to link your own brokerage/data account) are charged separately and are not included in any plan.
- We may revoke a key that is shared, abused or used in breach of these terms, without refund.
4. Payments
- UPI only, arranged by email. Email [email protected] with the plan or add-on you want. We reply with UPI payment details. After we confirm your payment, we issue your access key.
- We do not accept cards, net banking, wallets, cash or any other payment method, and there is no online checkout. Only pay to UPI details sent from [email protected].
- Prices are in Indian Rupees, exactly as shown in the pricing section. No GST is charged: TradingBolt Inc. is not GST-registered, so no GST invoice is issued.
- Prices may change for future periods. A change never affects a period you have already paid for.
- All payments are final and non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise. See the Refund policy, which also explains the downtime credit.
5. Acceptable use
You will not: copy, scrape, record or redistribute the screener’s data or output; reverse-engineer or overload the Service; attempt to bypass access controls; or use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including market manipulation or distributing “tips”.
6. Third-party data and accounts
Data comes from third parties (exchanges, reliable market data sources, AI providers). If you link your own brokerage/data account for an add-on, your use of that account is also governed by your broker’s terms, and you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
7. Availability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. It may be interrupted, delayed or unavailable (for example outside market hours, during maintenance, or if the host machine or network is offline). We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy or completeness. If the screener is unavailable for a trading day because of a fault on our side, you get extra access time as described in the Refund policy (downtime credit).
8. No warranties; limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we give no warranties of any kind and are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits or indirect damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the Service in the month before the claim [to be confirmed].
9. Intellectual property
The Service, its software, design and content belong to us. You get a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use it while your key is valid.
10. Changes and termination
We may update the Service or these terms; the “Last updated” date will change. You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. The courts of Ontario, Canada have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except where the law of the place you live gives you a right to bring a claim in your local courts that cannot be excluded.
